Try yogurt cheese. Take a hand held type strainer,put a coffee filter in it, then pour in the nonfat plain yogurt, put the strainer in a glass that can hold the strainer, put in the fridge overnight and the next day remove the cheese(it should look like sour cream) and season it with a little garlic powder and chives.

you can make just about any dip low fat just by substituting low-fat or fat-free sour cream. The difference in calories between the low fat and fat free is minimal so go for the extra flavor of the low fat one.

1 container low fat sour cream
1 pkt. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
combine ingredients and allow to chill for 2 hours or longer to allow flavors to meld.

Plain yoghurt mixed w/some drained spinach w/a sprinkle of salt. Mix well & chill. Serve at once - looks really gross the next day.

yes i've got it, mix up mayo, whip cream, vanilla, tartar sauce, and just a pinch of cocktail sauce. just a pinch of cocktail sauce though otherwise it could get fattening. Enjoy!
