it could be stress or a medication that you are on. if it does continue i would talk to your doctor about it.

Well, sometimes our period can be really pesky!!
I was an athlete all throughout high school and college and my period wasn't regular until I graduated and stopped pushing my body so hard.
You may also wanna look for any changes in your lifestyle that occurred right around the time your preiod started to become irregular.
Most times it's nothing to worry about, just our body changing up the routine, but it is always a good idea to have a doctor check it out.

There are many reasons that might be factoring in. For me it's that I've been stressed that month so the body pulls hormones to balance out and you will skip or have a really short period. It can be that there is a medicial reason, a friend didn't have hers for three months and when she went in to see a doctor they found out that she has a syndrome that could turn into cerivical cancer if she doesn't take medication for the rest of her life time with a cycle. The best thing to do would be see your gyno and ask what might be going on. You'll get correct and totally boggus answers on here but only your doctor can determine what is really going on. I hope you work it out!

It depends how old you are, what your diet is, if you are on medications, if you have been coming off of birth control. Stress can make your period funky too. Those are reasons a healthy person has irregular periods (which isnt that uncommon)
You should get it checked out though, just to make sure everything is in working order, ya know?

my wife is overweight and her periods are erratic too. sometimes she could go a few months without one. also, have you ever been on any form of birth control? that would affect your period. what is your age? that makes a difference . my wife took many home tests that were negative but she was pregnant.she had to take a good one at a plannedparenthood.i also know a girl who was pregnant who had her period the whole time. just to clarify i wasn't insinuating you were over weight(i just meant that my wifes periods are erratic as yours are also)

Stress is a big factor. Even what you eat can effect it. Weather changes/Season changes also. If you are taking birth control, that will mess with it. Depending on your age, menopause. And very rarely it can be ovarian cancer [I believe.] Or failure of the ovaries. But not to worry, as they are pretty rare.
Try using EPT [Error Proof Test] in the morning. As the chemical in your urine is the strongest in the morning [obviously. lol]
I hope I helpped. And congrats, if you are pregnant!!

The best is go to a doc. I was pregnant and didn't had my period, but also took pregnancy test which was negative. You will only find out by 6weeks if you are pregnant and then it is to late. So make sure by going to your doc.

some opportunities, yet being pregnant is the likely. don't be fooled through damaging domicile assessments; they do no longer artwork on everybody as some ladies's hormone stages do no longer upward push sufficiently to set off a mind-blowing reaction that early on. advise a doctor's bypass to for a life like fairly than a chemical seem.

well you could just be irregular or you could be pregnant. my mother failed pregnancy test(pee ones) till she was four or almost four months along with me. my grandmother finally went to the doc with her and demanded he give her a blood test instead of another pee test. guess what it said. it said i was on the way ! and here i am. so either Waite for your period to show up or just go to the doc.

it could be that you are under a lot of stress or maybe youve changed your diet or something like that. i know that when i started my new job and was working full time and going to school full time, i was under a whole lot of stress and it caused me to miss my period and i was freaking out but when i went to the dr she said all was good just under lots of stress.

if you are really active then your period could slow down to any where around coming every 42 days. stress could also cause this.
