No, and sex is not a sin unless she is not married. God told Adam and Eve to be fruitful and fill the earth. He wasn't talking about an orchard.
A miscarriage is the bodies why of saying something was not right with the baby. It still a very emotional thing for a woman to have a miscarriage, it is losing a child.

Of course not, why would it be? Miscarriages happen a shocking majority of the time and no pregnancy is a guarantee that a child will be born. Why would something out of your control be a "sin"? I was under the impression that christian's believed that "sins" were behaviors or choices freely made by someone. A miscarriage is certainly not freely chosen.

No not necessarily, God is very understanding in many ways. Did the miscarriage happen on purpose ? was it intentionally ? or just happened out of just not being careful.
