I think that you should drink eight glasses of water a day, eat healthy foods, only eat when you are hungry, exercise twice a day. Morning and night. Crunches, sit ups, run, or go and buy pilates, aerobics videos to help you. To me I don' t think there is a faster way to loose weight. This helped me and I think it can help you.
