I think it was the kind of relationship that still exists today, a value for value, some good some bad. A fundamental necessity in all relationships. to appreciate victory you have to know defeat.

Lucifer is Roman God of the Morning Star, not the devil.

Satan is a sort of angelic prosecuting attourney. But most people can't imagine their God doing things that aren't totally pure an holy, regardless of such verses as:

Isaiah 45:6-7:

"...I am the LORD and there is none else. I form the light and create darkness. I make peace an create evil. I the LORD do all these things." (KJV)

Job 9:22-23:

"...[God] destroys both the blameless and the wicked. When a scourge brings sudden death, he mocks the despair of the innocent." (i.e. laughs at the suffering of the victim)

Lamentations 3:37-38:

"Who has commanded and it came to pass, unless the Lord has ordained it? Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that good and evil come?"

there's someone-friendly false impression going around that the devil is the ruler of Hell. it is incredibly not real and nowhere does the Bible state that he's. He lives on earth no longer in Hell for Hell is purely as lots his detention center as all people who fails to settle for salvation by using Christ. devil grew to become into an angel who grew to become into solid out of Heaven for his delight and the only way he can strike back at God is thru us by skill of deceiving human beings and perverting reality. there's no partnership.

I never heard of that and I've been studying God's word for over 50 years. Did the devil write a book too. His version does not match God's.

Lucifer was created by God, but he never had a "partnership" with God. He only served Him until he decided to be an opponent of God.

GOD DID NOT SEND HIM ANYWERE.

But He will:

Matt 25:41-42
'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
(from New International Version)

Rev 20:9-10
10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
(from New International Version)

They did have a relationship, Lucifer challenged God, that he could manipulate most of the people who worshipped God, turning them against their own morals and dignity. He can appear to be your best friend, best looking person who you have ever dated. Lucifer will use people to dominate, dictate and control all your weakness's. If that is God testing mans fidelity then we should be ashamed of ourselves for being submissive to meaningless events.

The devil and god constitute a dichotomy, and hence do not exist as separate entities. They are opposite sides of the same coin.
