If you liek a guy just go up to him and tell him. But be ready if he says he doesn't like you. If your shy write him a note and put it in an envelope and give it to him but make sure you put your name in the letter.

The answer to your question should ultimately be yes, If he does not know your interest in him how will he know how to respond to you, if you don't you could be missing out on him asking you to date him, and other things that go with it. Don't keep something that you feel for someone just because you don't know what they will say. You will find that out when they have a chance to know what you have said why. If he feels the same way about then he will tell if he does not then he will tell you that too. So what are you waiting for.
