Wanna swap? i just cant be bothered to eat as to me it takes too much time to prepare, sit down and wash up and digest.... think of all the things i could do in that time.

I can't advise on your weight, especially if you love chocolate (dont you get headaches?) but i will watch your Q and maybe i will do the reverse... no i cant, cos im already burnin mine off by being hyper.... good idea for a Q of my own tho.

It pays to try to keep the weight down, for your health later in life... having said that look at me talkin eh. Good luck, i'm sure you will benefit. just dont give up and give it time.

Well learn to like the gym. I normally don't lose or put on weight much, and then i went to the gym and i lost a LOT of weight really quickly and i didn't even change my eating habits. But if you went to the gym and worked out properly, and at the same time eat right, you should be able to lose weight EASILY. You should use cardio stuff aswel, it's not that bad. I'm super lazy and i still managed.

You should aim for losing a certain amount of calories each day in the gym and increase it (you'll find that it gets easier eventually to exercise more). Treat yourself with a chocolate bar every week lol. Good luck.

sorry if you want to lose it the chocolate has to go , at least eaten in moderation! if you wont use a gym what about swimming , or nice walks try and get a friend to go with you and make it enjoyable rather than a chore if you reduce your calories and increase any kind of exercise you should lose weight , 6 months is ideal time to lose 2 stone , if you really want to , you can do it and still hava a bit of choc now and then as a treat dont forget to eat healthy foods theres plenty of stuff out there telling you whats good and bad and itDONT have to be expensive gimmic stuff so GO FOR IT

Lessee, for us on the Boston Tea Party side of the Atlantic (what's that line from "Mary Poppins," 'rendering it undrinkable, even for Americans'?),

That's 28 pounds, right?

So you're talking about 4 pounds a month, just a touch more. That's actually possible, but it will require a deliberate lifestyle change.

Now. assuming that you are not gaining any more weight, all you need to do is to cut down on your eating enough to equal 500 calories a day. That will equal a pound a week, and that's not too hard to do. It is enough that you can't do it absentmindedly, however. You have to work at it.

What do you eat? Remember, it's too easy to eat too much sugar. Just about anything processed and premade ("Just heat and serve!" are four of the most dangerous wrods in nutrition) has in it sugar of some kind. Look at the ingredient lists on packaged food. Either "sugar" or "high fructose corn syrup" will figure prominently. Add to that the other sugars with names like dextrose, maltose, lactose, or galactose (cue: if the word ends in "ose" it's a sugar), and you have yourself a tidy bit of calorie-dense weight gain just ready to pack it on you.

Stay away from those. That includes soda pop. The soft drinks made famous by Coke and Pepsi are just cans of liquid candy. Stay away from them, too.

If the label says that it has more fat than 3 grams per serving, don't eat it. Fat has even more calories than sugar does, twice as many, in fact, 9 calories per gram as compared to sugar's 4. Stay away from fat, then, too.

What should you eat, then? Less meat, much more vegetables and beans. In fact, if you became a vegetarian, you could actually eat more than you eat now and still lose weight, but even if you don't become a vegetarian, cut out cheese (look up how much fat is in cheese. It's tremendous), most meats (fish is ok, chicken is tolerable, red meat isn't), and all snacks. Stock up on vegetables and fruit and eat mostly those, especially the veggies. You can make a great spaghetti with spaghetti squash, for example, vegetarian chilis can be ver good, and meals of lentils and brown rice can be delicious if you find the right recipes. Look online for ones that have been reviewed by others and you'll usually find very good meals that you can enjoy.

Start walking and then jogging and then running. When you get to the point of being able to jog (and it will be just a jog) a mile in ten minutes (assuming a weight of 150 pounds, which is what, something just over 11 stone?) you will burn off 100 calories. If you weigh more, you'll burn off a little (but not much) more than that.

Is Britain metric now? A mile is just a tiny bit over 1500 meters. That's why here it's called the "metric mile."

So your best bet would be to cut out a few hundred calories a day (cutting out snacks and making your meal portions just a little smaller would do it), cutting out fats, and taking up jogging would be a very good combination.

It's worked for me. A few years back I did this, dropped 25 pounds (about what you'd like to lose), and kept it off. I feel great.

Good luck.
Good luck

lol the best way is to eat healthy and do lots of excercise. if you dont like the gym try swimming or bike riding or walking or something.

you could try these fad diets but i doubt u will be able to live on it forever and would soon put the weight back on after you stop.

but healthy eating and exercise is a sure way of keeping weight off forever as its a easy lifestyle change which can be maintained for ever

good luck with that im dieting too but need to lose more than u x

Forget the Kelloggs challenge....that's just teaching you bad habits.

The only way is exercise and a balanced diet. However, you still need to eat less energy than you burn up.

Forget about eating less....unless you're eating too much now....you'll end up fatter in the long term. You should eat an amount according to your body type and desired size.

Ok..this is what you do......You take a picture of you being big now like of your stomach. And tape it up on the wall and everytime you do sit ups infront of it you see your big stomach that you want to loose. Then itll keep you motivated. Very good way to loose weight and keep you motivated..

STAY AWAY FROM THE CHOCOLATE!!!

Good Luck ; )
