So long as you have the disk and the product code, you can re-install on a new computer for your own use. Installing on several computers for others use is a no-no unless you have several product codes or licenses.

As for the uninstall, check the programs>>Microsoft Office folder for an uninstaller or insert the Office disk to remove the program. Control Panel>>Add/Remove programs will (I believe) ask you for the Office disk as well.

Just go to you control panel and go to add or remove software. Find the program, and click remove. You should have no problem re-installing it on another computer as long as you have your Disc and code.

Start>Settings>Control Panel
"Add/Remove Programs"

You will need the CD and serial key to reinstall it, and to run Windows Update to make sure it is patched with the latest security updates issued after the CD was sent to you.

If your hard drive is OK, you could just swap it into the new computer (system compatibility and warranty permitting).
