Hello, it doesn't have an exact translation, but here in México we use a phrase that means the same:
"Hágase la luz"

That section of Genesis 1:3 is translated as "Sea la luz" in the following versions of Spanish Bibles

La Biblia de las Americas
Reina-Valera Angigua
Reina-Valera 1960
Reina-Valera 1995

But the Nueva version internacional says" "Que exista la luz"
(One can always count on the NIV to say something different!)

I suppose you could say "permite que haya luz " Or "Que la luz brille" would work too. It means "may the light shine."
