I have the easiest and best recipe for calzones... All you need for the dough is frozen bread dough that you buy at the store. Thaw one loaf of bread dough and let it rise in a warm place in a lightly oiled stock pot (covered). Once it has risen, punch dough down and divide into two balls. Roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Put a mix of mozzarella, swiss and chedar cheese first, then your favorite toppings inside, along with more cheese over the toppings. (This prevents any of your toppings like bell peppers from poking through the dough). Make sure to use quite a bit of cheese. Do not put any sauce inside. It will leak out and make your calzone dough gooey. Fold dough over and press the edges of your dough together to seal the calzone well. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until done. Top with "Five Brothers Marinara Sauce with Burgundy Wine". These are the very best calzones I have ever tasted, and they're so easy to make because you don't have to mess with making the dough and kneading it and all that stuff! Enjoy!!!!

MINI HAM AND CHEESE CALZONES
1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated soft breadsticks
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Honey Ham, cut in half

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Unroll dough; separate into 12 breadsticks. Cut each breadstick crosswise in half; flatten dough to 2-inch width. SPOON 1 tsp. cheese onto center of each ham piece. Fold ham over cheese to create a tight roll. Place ham roll near the end of each piece of breadstick dough, leaving a border. Fold dough over ham, pinching edges to seal. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5rq

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
