I think it will be Cubans, not because they are rude, because they speak very fast and sometimes they "eat" certain vowels.

It depends on who's speaking it. There are very educated Dominicans and Chileans, and very vulgar ones... as in every country.

Mexicans are noted for the frequency the use the words chingar and pinche; but every region has their favorite expressions. It is better not to use them. When you make remarks about a man's family it can get you in big trouble. Don't talk about ones mother or sister.
There are websites for Spanish slang.

it depends on how they are speaking it and what they are saying there is slang spanish which most people from the usa speak and you other countries chili mexico cuba puerta rico and all others may vary in some words but also with diffrent accents i am italian and i picked up spanish easy because of the familiar way it is spoken

No, Chileans do not speak that bad, caribeans in general do (north coast of colombia, cuba, puerto rico, r. domincana). Thei spanish sucks and is very annoying. In bogota colombia they speak the nicest one.

personally, i am dominican and we have our slang words [as in all languages] but we can also speak well. but i cant stand the way argentinians speak spanish.
