This always makes me wonder about the mute. I guess that is called "asking for it" in biblical terms.

From Deuteronomy 22. The gist of it is that,
it is not a matter of how loud she has to scream, but whether she tried to get out of the situation or just went along with the rape. If she was in the city, then presumably, if she did scream, people would have heard. If she was out in the field, then no matter how loud she screamed, she would not be heard and saved by passers by.
So applying this to the prison situation, if the guy being raped feels disgust whilst being raped and not going along with it, it is best if he alerts the guards so they could separate him into another cell so this could not continue. If he is too afraid to let the others know or know they would not help, then he should simply pray. Anyhow, him being raped does not make him a homosexual sinner.
Remember, God looks at the heart.

Don't you just love the Torah for all those problem verses?
I like the one about if a woman is raped in the town she sinned, but if she was raped in the country she didn't sin.
Did it ever occur to them that a woman might be too SCARED to scream?
EDIT - The Christians don't think you're telling the truth about it being in the Bible, so I'll chapter and verse.

we don't see that with the aid of fact it somewhat is way less accepted that it occurs to adult adult males than ladies (of those reported this is.) it somewhat isn't any longer socially suitable for a guy to come again out and say that he grew to become into raped through a woman. To be delivered all the way down to an extreme factor of vulnerability through a individual of lesser-privileged status could be greater embarrassing. human beings ought to declare "You permit a woman try this to you?", which may be an insult to the victims experience of masculinity. additionally, commenting on previous solutions, adult adult males do no longer rape with the aid of fact of greater intercourse stress. Rape isn't relating to the intercourse, it somewhat is approximately domination and potential.

Deut:22 23 If a man happens to meet in a town a virgin pledged to be married and he sleeps with her, 24 you shall take both of them to the gate of that town and stone them to death—the girl because she was in a town and did not scream for help, and the man because he violated another man's wife. You must purge the evil from among you.
25 But if out in the country a man happens to meet a girl pledged to be married and rapes her, only the man who has done this shall die. 26 Do nothing to the girl; she has committed no sin deserving death. This case is like that of someone who attacks and murders his neighbor,
You really took this passage out of context. I dont see how you got from it what you did. The woman wasnt raped since she didnt call for help. But vs 25 should eliminate any further questions claiming rape is ok.

Rape is rape, no matter who is on the receiving end. It's a sin and a crime, and the victim is not to be blamed. To even suggest a thing only shows that you know nothing about it. It's a humiliating experience and the victim feels powerless and often times afraid and alone. Repeatedly being raped is even worse. No one should have to go through that, male, female, free or in prison.

The citation in Deuteronomy is actualy quite close to our own legal definition of sexual consent. Without verbal resistance / rejection, there is not much legal basis to convinct a man of rape. Not sure what you are hung up about.

You are disgusting. I am sorry that you feel you must say something like this publicly to boost your self confidence. You are pathetic. This is beyond Christian bashing, this is just sick.
The verse you are referring to does not say if she doesn't scream when shes raped then she sinned. it says if the man sleeps with her, and she doesn't do anything about it. This is referring to consensual sex. The next verse talks about rape. Get your story straight before you start making accusations about this. Raping and sleeping with someone are two COMPLETELY separate things.
And also. anyone reading what this guy is saying and taking it as truth and then saying things like the bible is a load of crap, needs to do your OWN research before just believing what people say just because it sounds good. Even I do research before answering questions. People accuse Christians of being in a cult, or just a bunch of blind followers, but here you are saying that the bible is horrid for saying this type of thing, and its not even what the bible says, he took it completely out of context. Looks like your following blindly.
Psalm 118:8
8 It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in man.
