is it posible to get a cell phone from one plan and chang it to another and can i chang it to prepaid?

no, you gotta stick with the contract or get pre-paid! you can't change them two plans...here is a website, perhaps you can make a decision then.....http://www.cellguru.net/providers.htm

It depends. If your contract is up, you can take the phone with you to a new company, as long as the company's system supports that phone's model. pre-pay is a little trickier. You will have to get a new number, and there are fewer models that you can use. A lot of times it's worthwhile with prepay to buy a new phone, especially if you can find one while they are running a special (Radio Shack and Verizon do it sometimes) where if you buy a certain phone, you get X amount of dollars worth of phone time for free, which sometimes cancels out the price of the phone.
