I would work with him or her

make it a competition maybe, also compete to make low calorie things that taste good, walks too, and sports

A balanced nutritious diet with exercise and lots of water. No better way to get slim while being healthy. Also I recommend subscription to Shape magazine. I absolutely love that magazine. By following the exercises that they show in that magazine, I have lost 15 Lbs. in 3 months... I know it's not a lot because I don't exercise daily but Hey! it works....

mean or not.. tell them they are fat. not a joke. my mom always was like ur so fat! and i lost 15 lbs. didnt eat unless i was DAM HUNGREY! lol it works. lost inches off of my body. now im at a really good AND healthy weight! i can eat now and still b skinny but b careful.

i didnt eat sometime 4 like a day and a half and wehn i did eat i wuld exersize till i felt like killin miself! lol

Well if she really does need it gather some negative effects on science and present them to her. Then create a excersise plan that is reasonable.
