I've been missing out on sleep, and I've tried sleeping more, but it doesn't seem to help. I know its not hereditary in my case, because I didn't have them before. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I get them too and I'm a guy. One morning when I looked particularly bad, my wife told me to use this lip-stick looking thing called a 'cover stick' ... it's skin toned. You just run the thing under your eyes and blend it in with your finger. If you don't use too much, it's invisible and the circles disappear. You buy this where ever they sell make-up.

Try to get more sleep though, or you'll be using this stuff all the time!

Get more rest. If your sleep is not restful, you may need to see a doctor and get a sleep test done.
