I jogg everyday and i also liftweights but not everyday and i am starting to do pilates i am 170 pounds 5'9 inches and i am 19 i have a 12 percent body fat i want to get ripped for the ladies what would u suggest please dont give me some crazy diets just some tips

i like street jogging at night and i also like to lift weights in the gym i do this 4 times a week

if u are craving something unhealthy, tell yourself u HAVE to eat something healthy first. once u are done the healthy food u may eat the unhealthy one but u probably wont even want to anyways. works great!

the only thing i can add to what your already doing is maybe add some crunches to it. there easy to do while watching a movie or any TV.
