hanging is a traumatic event, that's blood veins and capillaries exploding. typically the condemed will also krap their pants when the spine snaps and muscular control vanishes. all this while still alive. civilized countries have abloshed barbaric acts such as hanging long ago

a hundred years of societal progress in america has been reversed by the blood thirsty sociopaths that cheer torture and death.

As far as I could tell, they did not hood his face prior to the hanging!
So...maybe those are rope burns.

However...whatever...Saddam is dead and he ain't complaining!
