Theres not really more of a risk than an adult.
Worse thing that can happen is you dont take care of it right and it can get infected.

no difference, I got mine done at 16 and I am 29, I only had it infected once warm salt water cleared it up, watch out for some sweaters the can pull if you get a barbel instead of a hoop

the only thing that happened to mine was that it got infected but it was no big deal. out of my experience, you should definitely wait because right now you may want it and then three months from now you might regret it. Just be careful and try to prevent infections.

geting infected gettin it pierced again get infected getting it done again then havein a scar that looks like a lil flower. lol happened 2 me
