Yes it can but I would just use a laxitive if I were you. Chocolate isn't really very good for you in large amount and you could gain weight.

I am not sure of regular chocolate that contains sugar, but I can guarantee you that sugar-free chocolate does act as a laxative if eaten in large quantities.

All the packages are marked somewhere that they will have a laxative effect.

Anything should be eaten or drunk in moderation. Savor it, don't pig out on it!

Yes it is, in fact it does not take much to be slightly laxitive - about a large 100g bar will make a difference to your bowel movements!
