Sounds like an Emeril recipe.
I like grits
I like chicken
I like gravy
sounds like I would like it
He does have a recipe similar to that, I made it once a few years back. Too rich for me, when cooking grits it called for all whole milk, no water and the grits cooked/puffed up instantly.
I did learn a GOOD TIP on cooking grits, adding just a lil milk when cooking grits with water it cooks quicker, creamier, puffier, just better. HAVE FUN!!ENJOY!

I'll take the chicken and gravy. I'm not a grits person. Although some fried taters would work as well.

I love grits! But I rarely eat chicken and gravy although it's good. Why not put them together?

Sounds good. What if you chanced the name to Polenta with Chicken and Gravy? Since polenta and grits are the same thing...

I'd try it. One can never go wrong with gravy. I haven't had grits in years--not since my family visited the southern US when I was a kid. They just don't make 'em in Canada: boo!

No, not really. I can't stand it when grits get really cold and then you can chop it up......lol
