There is but one path that leads to heaven... through the way of His Son, Jesus. For if you do not know Him, you shall miss the opening of the gate into the kingdom of heaven... God's heaven.

The answer to this is very simple the bible states in Acts 4:12 "Nor is there any salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. This tells us that no matter who you are race, age ,or even where your from Jesus is the only way. You said yourself what John 14:6 says. I am the way,the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. God is not a liar and if there were another way He wouldn't had to give His Son's life. Here are some other verses for you to read so that I am not just making this up. It's important that you see for yourself what the word says. Romans 5:8-12&19,Romans 6:23,Romans 10:8-13, John 3:16 These are just a few but there are many others . I suggest that you do as 2 Thimothy 2:15 says Study to show yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

I just kind of look and them and really not try to debate what they believe. The best thing I think to do or say is express your own beliefs and why you believe it. Like you did in your question.
Hopefully the person you're talking to will take what you've said to heart and prayerfully make changes in their life or at least give things a second thought.
I also think some of these people are passive aggressive and afraid to make a commitment on any one thing to believe in. So they justify believing in many different ideaologies to cover all their bases thinking that if not all roads lead to maybe they'll get lucky and choose the right path. That is not how it works though.
There is only one road as far as I'm concerned and that is with Jesus, The Christ.
Many are called few are chosen.

Jesus said, "I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the father but through me" John 14:6 So was he a liar?
Bible says Isaiah 64:6
"All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away".Also Eph 2: 8 "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast." So there are no deeds good enough to get us into heaven.
We can't get into heaven with any sin. ANY. We will appear sinless if we have Christ's blood covering our sins.
Bible says not even a righteous man can enter heaven. Who is righteous compared to God?

I am only going to address the part of your question that has to do with what to say to some one who believes all paths lead to eternal life.
The Bible is very clear on the fact that that is not a true statement.
Matthew 7: 13 & 14: "“Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; 14 whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it."
Matthew 7:21-23: " “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22 Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23 And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness."
There is a reason that the Bible says:
Matthew 6:33: “Keep on, then, seeking first the kingdom and his righteousness, and all these [other] things will be added to YOU. 34 So, never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Sufficient for each day is its own badness."
Matthew 24:23& 24: " But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. 14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come."
Matthew 6: 9 & 10: " “YOU must pray, then, this way:
“‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. 10 Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth."
You seem to have missed a very large part of the purpose of the Gospel...the good news of the Kingdom.
As for everyone going to heaven, this is not a Bible teaching either. It is a common misconception. A doctrine of men, and not of God.
2 Timothy 4:1-5: 'I solemnly charge you before God and Christ Jesus, who is destined to judge the living and the dead, and by his manifestation and his kingdom, 2 preach the word, be at it urgently in favorable season, in troublesome season, reprove, reprimand, exhort, with all long-suffering and [art of] teaching. 3 For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. 5 You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do [the] work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry."

I tell them the truth. Only God can save. Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the word of God. So I share my experience. I have seen people know about Jesus and be in religions you don't think they would know about Him. I have also talked with many who profess Jesus but don't appear to know the first thing about Him. I witness the relationship and that God will judge their hearts.

You might try and show them by example that their thinking is flawed. Let the love the Holy Spirit instills in you flow out and then they might want some of what we have. It is our job to tell them the truth about God. That is He loves us and is willing to help us become better people through His love and sacrifice for us. We shouldn't harp or argue this is wrong in our religion. We are supposed to tell them and if they will not receive it go on. If it is someone you love and care about pray that God will reveal Himself to them. Remember the people in Jesus's home town did not receive Him as the Son of God either.

I say Christianity is not to be argued. If a person feels that way, they have obviously been made aware of the bible teachings, then its whatever they choose to believe. However, as Christians we believe in have faith in the one true Father, and he is the only path to heaven!

Every religion preaches 'goodness' even violent ones, all except christianity.
Bubble head rants upon invented facts, delirious I'm sure from a lifestyle that he can't talk about, but desperate to justify is "good', also.
