The Bible won't keep you from sinning. Every human sins. It is called original sin, which is the tendency to give into temptation. But because we all have to sin sometime or another, big or small, we have Jesus. He forgives us and helps us be a better person. That doesn't mean that we will be perfect. We will just make better judgements in our lives.
Sin will not keep you away from the Bible. Many sinners run to the Bible in order to seek spiritual enlightenment and inspiration. Sinners need the Bible to help them through their hard times.
So to answer you question, the statemaent is Fasle.

Sin is a separation from God, but sin won't keep you from the Bible. Example: priests who take celibacy vows and then choose sexual partners in vulnerable young people. The priests still read the bible, preach and do their duties as priests. As do other religious people who stray from legal behaviours but continue their church work.
The Bible won't keep you from sin; that is a personal daily choice. The Bible, as used by Christians, is used as a guidebook through life. It has no magic power to keep one from doing anything wrong, or right. God allows us to be free enough to make our own choices. Sadly, a lot of us let him down.

No, it's NOT the truth. The truth is the bible was written to control the minds and body of the people of that time. And it's still being MISUSED for that purpose. Want the REAL truth ? Check out the web sites below.

The Bible opens your eyes to recognize sin, what it is, what to do about it, why it is wrong. The Bible can not KEEP you from sin, God gives us freewill to choose whether to follow sin or Him.
Sin is a separation of Man from God. Sin can also influence a man to not seek God's word from the Bible.
Sin is a wedge - it keeps us from harmony with God and from harmony with each other. It is very controlling, that is why we need to always come to God to ask for His help in keeping us strong and clear of sins in our lives. Sin destroys. Sin consumes.

Cute. Reverse Pyschology. The Word tells us that we should hide the Word in heart so that we do not sin against God. It is the Word that keeps you. No matter your sin, the Word is still for you. Whatever you need; whatever shortcoming. The answer to make it right or better is in the Word. However, you have to want to be kept.

The Bible is a book. Books don't keep anyone from anything. You might as well say that Azar's "Understanding and Using English Grammar" will keep you from misusing the predicate nominative.
