Have fun with your children while mixing in losing weight. Get a wiggles video and dance along with it. It may not be Jane Fonda but you are still moving and working up a sweat. And children that young love dancing. Hold your baby while you dance instead of using weights. Well...if your youngest being 2 months you may want to wait with him/her to do that.
As you are cooking dinner you can do squats waiting for water to boil or leg lifts as you brown your hamburger. While empting the dishwasher you can get in your stretches while you put your glasses up high.
Play exercise games with your children...simon says..."Simon says touch your toes....simon says do jumping jacks." Not only will your kids enjoy this but you are teaching them about following directions along with getting some exercise.
While giving them a bath, do sit up peek a boo's. When you sit up you will go.."BOO" to the kids. They will enjoy it. Also with your 2 month old...sit up and smile at your baby...He/she will enjoy that interaction.
I am a stay at home mom of 5 little ones and I know how busy you can get and you just have to do a little of creative thinking.

Dont sit. Eat less.
Always worked for me.
Chile peppers, or hot sauce, make you fuller longer and raise your metabolism. Just a teaspoon of hotsauce a day and jump start things.
Make more work for yourself. I know this is insane, but think about it. If you can take the laundry up the stairs in one go... to bad, break it down into two trips. If the kids are content playing in the living room... bundle them out and take them into the yard and actively move with them instead. Things like that. Dont sit. If you can nurse standing up as often as possible do that.
Also, it helps a lot if you take 5 minutes just after waking to squeeze out some sit ups (just 20-30 makes a difference) and maybe a dozen push ups. Just roll out of bed in your pj's onto the floor and do a few crunches. It really gets you going.
Eat less. Try eating in portions similar to your toddlers and having a few small meals like that during the day instead of three regular sized meals.
Also, replace one complete meal with a salad... and i mean lettuce and veggies, not a pile of cheese and crutons with some shredded iceburg.
Just a few little tweaks and really REALLY make a difference.

I am a SAHM with 4 kids and my husband works 16 hr days 6 days a week. I have no time!!! To loose weight I started attending my kids' tumbling class. The teacher lets me do my own thing on the apparatus while she's on something else with the kids. This is great because they have a trampoline. In the summer I jump on our trampoline myself while the kids are playing in the yard.
Also, I ride my recumbent bike in the morning while my kids are eating breakfast in the morning before school.

wow you have your hands full. How about taking the kids out for walks, or go swimming. There are stroller fit classes, depending on where you live, check it out.
Also there are tonnes of exercise that you can do with your baby, such as holding your baby while doing squats. Propping baby up on your legs while doing sit ups. Putting baby on the floor, while you do push ups over top (make sure you give baby a kiss on the way down.)
Good luck

When it's play time, go running in the park or something enjoyable for both your kids and you. Make the play time a physical activity so it's beneficial for your kids as well as help you get in a workout. When you go to the grocery store, park at the farthest spot, so you actually walk for a bit before getting to the store. Also, adhering to a healthy diet is not only good for you, it will instill good habits for your kids, as well. Good luck!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

You probably won't like my suggestion, but get up earlier. I get up between 5 & 6. That way I've got plenty of time to myself to exercise. I do it first thing in the morning or I am not likely to get to it later in the day. I start with yoga because it helps wake me up. Then I get on the treadmill. We invested in one and it was well worth it. I get the kids up at 7am. We are busy all day. I do housework and we homeschool. The kids have taekwondo twice a week so on the days they don't have it I try to come up with physical activities for them to do and I do it with them.
The other thing is to eat better. Beware of prepackaged snack foods that are high in trans fat. Eat on a regular schedule. In our house breakfast is at 7,snack at 10, lunch at noon, snack between 3&4 and dinner around 6. We don't eat between then. We only eat at scheduled meal and snack times. It is funny because your body becomes used to this and soon you'll find your stomach is growling and you'll look at the clock and see that it is 10am--snack time. Your body knows. I don't believe in prepackaged foods so I make a lot of snacks. I set the table and make each meal and snack a big deal because then it stays with you. It isn't like we're mindlessly eating junk in front of the tv.
Cleaning the house is a workout. Also, make extra trips up and dwon the stairs. When shopping park way out in the parking lot. Fit in exercise opportunities everywhere you go. Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
There are plenty of hours in the day. It just takes organization to get use out of them. It might help if you sat down and came up with a daily household schedule and then tried to find a time that would work best for you and your routine.
Good luck!
