no it isn't true. vitamin c is water soluble.... that means any extra over and above what your body needs will be peed out. i love them too and you may as well eat them while they are in season... ps... my little white dog loves them too... as soon as i start to peel one, she goes berserk....

Vitamin C is harmless, unless you have an ulcer. You just excrete it through urine.
If you are worried about vitamin C, you are safe.
If you are worried about too much sugar calories or about diabetes and are eating a lot of other fruits and candy at the same time, you might want to change your diet and eat more veggies, less fruit. However, you need to eat 4 to 5 servings of fruit a day, so 3-4 clementines a day is perfect and much better than candy.

I'm not sure that 3-4 clementines are bad for you, but let me know my grandchildren just love them and I think they eat more than you.

Excess vitamin c is released in the urine it does NOT build up in the system. I take lots of it when I feel a cold comming on and reg amts. when healthy. Reg. amt for me is 1000 iu daily. The only side effect from too many oranges is acidic poop.

at the beginning, you do not chosen what proportion factors you provide, the respond coordinators do. 2d, that's not a balanced eating ordinary. you like protein on your device, by the seems of it, you at the instant are not getting lots of it. Your ultimate wager is to function some meat on your eating ordinary.
