Plastercast resin.
You can get it from a good arts and crafts shop.
You will need the resin, and a hardener catalyst.

Resin. will need an activator or catalyst though. there easy to get hold of from any art shop. You can even get it from larger WH Smiths.
OR
Pva. It takes ages to set though (depending on how thick), is not so clear or durable.

I use an epoxy resin that does what your asking but have no clue if would work for what you are trying to do.

p.v.a glue might work it dries clear but dont know how it would set in a mould .
