Does anyone have any good websites were i can get a free live online tutor that can help learn to read, write, and speak Thai?

There are several wewbsites that can help you with Thai. But "free" and "live online tutor"? I think you are asking a bit too much.
Would you go online - LIVE - to teach someone English - at the time at their convenience? You wouldn't? Neither would other people!

There are none that I know of. Best to try contacting your local Thai wat or temple to see if they have a class in the Thai language. Below is a directory of the Thai Wats in the United States.
