try to be your self and find something to do to take your mind off of him....you will see that when you keep busy the day will go by and you wont think of him as much ...but if anything time will mend you heart ...so just sit back and chill ....i know my heart just got broken and i could not get her off my mind ..so i just keep busy ....and everything turned out for the best ...xoxoxo dj

You shouldn't be dating if you don't trust guys. I think you should just hang out and chill with you're family and friends for support. Eventually with time you will change youre feelings towards the opposite sex.
I know I did. Though it took me about a year....

Take some time to yourself. Allow yourself to get over this person. Hang out with some friends! Go out and meet new people.. I think if you started dating again you would just be on the rebound.

Just take time for your self and start to date when you feel you are ready. And trust takes time and has to be earned, but I am sure things will get better for you.

I could say the same about woman, but then that would deny me someone of quality.
Take some time FIRST before jumping into another relationship, and also try to learn from the previous experience.

probably pick someone that you normally wouldnt date i always hate when i here the " i dont trust men anymore " cause i'm always the one that gets my heartbroken too

got to pick your men more wisely, get to know them before committing to them. look deeply into their past, and find out as much about them as u can before getting to involved.
