Out of the vagina, head first... best pushing position depends on the mom and the shape of her pelvis. I prefered to be flat on my back with my first arching my back when i pushed. This one i'm going to try using the squatting bar so i can see what's going on better.

The baby comes out of your vagina, through the birth canal.

Birth positions are as the mother wishes. Some prefer a sitting position, others enjoy a water birth. There really is no "best" position because by the time you're in active labor and it's time, you want that baby out NOW.

I suggest that before you have a baby, you also learn as to how it is created.

I do hope that YOU are not the one having the baby. And if you are...it comes out where it came from. The vagina. The birth canal. When you/ whoever is pregnant goes into labour, they will have contractions and will be rushed to the hospital. The nurses will take care of the rest. They will help. Drug you up with pain meds. Tell you to push. etc.

By the way, usually people lie on their back with their legs cruched up and in the air and then they push.

If you don't know where the baby comes out, you probably don't know how it got in there either. Ask your doctor, he or she will explain the necessary details to you.
