If you know Purls ( Personlized URLS ) how can i use them to generate leads for my software company .... Please explain

To 'generate' leads, you cannot. You need to have the leads already. What a PURL does is track which of your leads is responding to your marketing campaign.

Basically, each individual gets their own URL (thus the name) that has a unique trailer such as www.yourcompany.com/nwm7s.html where 'nwm7s' is the identifies a specific user. You can then use web statistics to see the entrypoint and know the individual responded. The same concept can be applied to GIF images. GIFs can actually provide 2-way information - thus the 0 pixel GIF. Search for it.

Sorry - lead 'generation' needs to be done the old fashioned way.
