well, this worked for me here, i have smoked for about 25 years, at the end i was smoking about 15/20 sigs a day, last year i decided to smoke a lot less, i mean a lot less, there were days i only smoked about 5 or 6, even had days i smoked 2 or 3, at the most 10. i did this for a year and at the end i really only smoked maybe up to 3 max a day , this made quiting so much easier for me to do, i really didn't expect it to work since i was really adicted, and i am not saying that it's easy, cuase it ain't, but it worked for me and you must be strong and accept that you probebly will gain some weight, but, you can loose that very easely again. I feel sooooooooo much better now, my skin is clearer, my breath is not stinky no more, my house smells fresh, my clothes are smelling so nice and fresh, i smell things better, things taste better, it really is great so, please try it, i am rooting for you, good luck

try this, the next time you reach for a cig, don't pick it up, think about the benefits of NOT smoking for a few minutes. If you try that every time, it may not always work, but it can help!
