and if that isn't horrible enough, she hates my guts because he is always talking to me and flirting. I don't know if he exactly likes me in that way, come on it's highschool, but when I've been gone for a few days, he's always happy that I'm back and says he missed me. How can I find out if he likes me, but not break him and his gf up?

From what you say it may seem that he is not happy in the relationship that he's in and is seeing what is out there. I would advise that you simply stand back, and not bother until he's out of the relationship so that way he can do this on his own, so that way there are no confrontations between you and the girl. That would be the smart thing to do that way you don't get beat up or harrassed or branded into a "stealer" or anything like that, just stay away from the relationship it seems he does like you, but he's not really out yet, so he's not in any hurry instead of putting so much energy into this guy look around and see what else there is instead of wasting your time and risking waiting around for something that may not even happen.

what you got to do is see what he does if he is always happy when you come back i guess he likes you im in high school to and i know exactly what you are going through notice things like little things see if he talks to you more than his girlfriend and if you want have one of your friends come up to him and pull him to the side and ask if he likes you in the way you want to be like from him ok

Leave him alone. You don't want to be a boyfriend thief. That's tacky. There are tons of guys in the world. Plus, like you said, it's high school. Once you get to college this guy won't even matter.

i'm pretty sure he doesn't like you. he's just being friendly! if you want to know if he likes you, ask him. it doesn't hurt to ask. also if he flirts with you that means business! (bad business) OR you should stay away from him because that is how drama starts!

This is what you do, you come up to him and tell him let's sit somewhere and you ask him do you like me as a friend or as more and what ever his anwser is your to good for him any wayz no matter what, because it seems like he being a tease but the best thing is too tell him how you feel.

First of all. This has drama written all over it. My opinion would be to leave the situation all together. Who cares if he likes you, who cares if he doesn't like you. He has a girlfriend. There is nothing you can do about that. Thats his personal life. If things are meant to be, they will work out. Until then, don't exhaust your efforts.. take care of yourself and focus on yourself.

Fire Fairy, I have been in your shoes. Its not fun if you really like the guy. Basically if you dont have feelings for the guy, forget it, he's being overly friendly and you can feel sorry for his girlfriend, who he is showing little respect for.
if you DO like the guy, steer clear. get him out of your sight. even if he is only being overly friendly, its only going to make you feel worse and worse if your feelings for him grow.
regardless of the situation, that girlfriend is playing a losing game staying with a creep that doesn't make her feel special. you don't want to be the next contestant, TRUST me.

Even if he broke up with her and went with you you will never be happy with him because he shows interest in other girls. He will be flirting with someone else while going with you. He is not ready to be tied down to one girl.
