I'm very serious about this. My friend says that there are women out there that have a man boob fetish. Are there any girls that have this? If you don't know what I mean, man boobs as in what fat people have.

Its possible. I don't have a man boob fetish personally but there are so many fetishes out there it would not surprise me. Everyone's into something :)

not only big people have man boobs, so do really muscular men but I don't know anyone/any girl that has a fetish over them...that's kinda odd

Straight women are not into boobs. We have our own to play with if we are so inclined. If you meet a girl who likes your boobs, it is probably only a matter of time until she switches to the other team.
Having said that, the right girl won't care if you have moobies or are completely flat. She might learn to love them because she loves you, but not the other way around.

eeew i kno i dnt have a fetish for it at all cuz personally i dnt like fat boys but there are girls who are attracted to fat boys so i guess the boobs come with it as well!
