Water. OJ has a lot of sugar and calories. It is much better to get your vitamin C from fresh fruit.

Water, for sure. Everyday should have some water drinking. OJ is good too, a source of Vitamin C and energy. If you were starving or needing calories, OJ would be the better choice. But water cures dehydration like nothing else!

Drink On!

Water is in general healthier simply because its a greater necessity. This isn't to say OJ isn't healthy, but OJ does have many things that, in moderation, are good for you (like Vitamin C, Carbohydrates, et cetera), but you get these from many of your other foods. Drinking too much OJ may tip you over the scale on Calorie count, for instance. So, in general, take the water and enjoy OJ in moderation.

Water generally, but a little OJ on the side doesn't hurt. However, to drink OJ (or anything other than water) to quench thirst is not advisable as you are getting other things with your water (like sugar, or sugar subsititues in the case of diet drinks) which are not required in such quantities.

Oranges are significantly made up of water. If you squeeze juice yourself and don't add any sugar to it, it's just as good and hydrating for you as water. It tastes somewhat like grapefruit juice without all the extra sugar.

Otherwise, water is better for you.

Water! Your body is made up of 60-70% water, not 60-70% orange juice!
Orange juice has it's benefits (vitamins and such), but nothing can hydrate you quite like water!

Both are good. However, it depends on the orange juice you get. Get 100% juice, not from concentrate. I like Simply Orange. Water is still better, though.

water is healthier as orange juice typically contains alot of sugar. An 8 ounce glass every day of orange juice wont hurt you though, it does have vitamins, but still has sugar!
