I took this girl on a first date last Friday night. I thought things were going great. I've called her at least 4 times and texted her last night and she hasn't responded. If she wasn't interested could she have at least told me so?

if you were a true gentleman to her, and she still wasn't interested, she may be having a hard time trying to figure out a way to tell you. it's hard for a woman to hurt the really nice guys.

I'm sorry but she must not be interested. Usually I send some sort of signals during the date to show I don't like the guy, but of couse men hardly pick up these signals. If she hasn't called you back or even texted you back, then move on dear. She's a coward. She could have at least sent a text saying "Sorry I don't think we'll work out" or something. MOVE ON, better girls out there for you!

The sad reality is most people are cowards. Don't waste your time....if she can't respond to you, she doesn't have the qualities you're looking for anyway.
Any decent human being has enough courage to thank a person for a date and let them know whether they are or are not interested in another date.
There is a wild chance that something happened that she may not have gotten your messages or text....but it's really unlikely. I'd say press on and don't be bummed. Like I said, this is probably not the type of person you want or deserve for that matter.

Yeah... it was probably overkill. Sometimes you have a good time with a guy but then he calls like 20 times in 3 days and you're brain automatically thinks either A) psycho stalker or B) he'd be a super clingy boyfriend and there's no use in taking it any further. Give it a few more days (without calling her!) and if you still get no response back from her then MOVE ON! :)

You've violated the cardinal rule of overeagerness. In this instance, wait at least a week before calling her again, and have a specific reason to see her.
Generally, after a first date, wait two days to call and ask her if she had a good time. Leave one message, call her again a few days before the weekend to see if she'd like to go out again. Leave the second message. If she doesn't get back to you, call her in two weeks. Leave your third and final message, short and sweet, and if she doesn't return, she's just not interested.
Example:
1st message
"Hi Helen, it's Max, I just wanted to see if you enjoyed yourself the other night. Have a great weekend. Bye."
2nd message
"Hey Helen, it's Max, I had a good time last weekend, and I remember you said you wanted to see Devil Bunnies the Musical. It's playing on Friday at 8. Wanna go?"
3rd message
"Hey Helen, it's Max, hope you're doing good. I've got a craving for Chinese food, and I couldn't remember the name of that place you said had the best egg foo yung. Give me a call."
If she doesn't call back, just drop it.
Examples of messages NOT to leave:
"Hi Helen, it's me. Well, I guess you're screening calls. Call me."
"Hi Helen, I just wanted to make sure you're okay."
"Hi Helen, well, I guess I'm just being a pest, and I don't want to be a pest. so I'll go away."

Sounds like she is tryn 2 play hard 2 get. Stop calln n textn her, n ur eyez u had a good time n if she ain't woman enough 2 tell u that either she is not interested or she likes to play games she ain't worth ur time. Let her start calln n textn u, don't keep puttn ur feelngs on tha line.

Most people aren't that way. They do not want to hear the hurt in your voice. So they just don't respond. Give it up, move on. You'll find that right someone some day.

Simple answer. Girls generally don't like clingy guys. Next time, wait a bit to call someone. And if they don't get back to you, don't continue to call them and leave messages. 4+ times is too many.

No, i does not. i'd truly date someone who's to blame and would not attempt to take aspects from others. i elect someone who's self reliant and able to creating their own funds.
