assuming you mean somewhere on the earth, i would say on the equator, on the highest elevation possible.

Hydropolis Hotel...by the time the caps melt, the hotel will be built and you can just live off of room service. ;)

On a different planet. Once it warms up that much, the CO2 locked in permafrost will be released and that will cause a cascade effect that will cause the CO2 in the deep oceans to be released. Once this happens, temperatures will rise to unlivable levels and the concentration of CO2 will be lethal.

I hope they melt, as I live 20km inland, but can't afford beachside land. That way, the beach will come to me.
