Check out www.t-tapp.com

She has a great "try before you buy" section where you can download video clips and the program is AWESOME. I'll be honest - it's not the funnest program around - but you WILL get results. It's very mind/body - you have to concentrate on what you're doing completely - but, if you are willing to put in the work, it's worth it. I have fibromyalgia and just did a 4-day "boot camp" with her MORE program and lost 3.5 inches. Best of all, the only equipment you need is a tv and vcr or dvd player, and about 4 feet of space.

If you want FUN, I agree with the person above me - Turbo Jam is a blast!! You need a little more room than with T-Tapp, but it's definately a good time.

Good luck!

I bought Beach Body Turbo Jam from an infomercial. This is a fun workout, it's like dancing, but you are toning specific muscle groups.
