Hi with the festive season finished and with everyone indulging in the fine foods i seem to have developed a kebab belly. I have had a child who is three so since then its not been in the best ways but it has gone really flabby and horrid so i was wondering if anyone has any tips on getting rid of my tum.

I have an ab roller. I bought it at Target for $20. It's not some silly contraption that takes up alot a room. It just provides support while you do sit-ups and crunches. I found that I could do 5 times as many with the roller in a third of the time. I do 4 sets of 25 twice a day, and it only takes about 5 minutes. I had results within a week.

1.) Take control of your diet. Our body gets used to all the treats and bad food that we eat over the holidays, so you have to force yourself out of those habits and back into eating smaller, healthier portions. This will ensure that you don't do any additional growing of your "tum"

2.) Exercise. Because you are a parent, this is easier said than done. You can turn it into a family activity by walking with your little one or pushing them in a stroller, pulling them in a wagon. The cardio will cut fat and you'll both get some fresh air.

It is really difficult to "spot lose" weight, like getting it just off your stomach. Ab exercises will help some, but reducing your overall fat is the only way to rid yourself of those extra holiday pounds.

A quick, easy and laaaazy way is to buy a toner. you can buy this from loads of different places like argos etc. they're little pads tht give u tiny volts of electricity which make ur stomach tense and untense loads of time ina minute and by doing so get rid of fat.
price wise between £40 and £100 i think. used 1 about 6 years ago for about 5 mins and there pretty fun. (u c how long u can last on the highest setting...)

i know you have probably herd this a million times but the best ways to tone your belly are crunches/sit-ups are the best but leg lifting and stair steping is okay.my favorite is doing 15-30 crunches gradualy doing more each week before and after bed and when going up stairs do stair steps and lift your knees high on the way down and when ever you are not doing much like watching tv during comercials get on the grund and lay down lift your legs off the ground 4or5 inches and hold it there whith out moving around or bending your knees that is a very good wayto get a nice belly too! i know it is long but it is easyer than you think i do it every day! i got a nice 6 pack in a few weeks!!

Do sit ups and tummy crunches. Lots and Lots of them. The quicker you get started, the quicker it will be. You have to start out easy (10 or so repetitions) and increase as you go along. Unfortunately getting rid of it isn't going to be quick as it was to get it in the first place. No, it's not as easy, either. But anything worth attaining isn't always easy. Once you get it back you may have more incentive to keep it that way.

There really isn't a quick and easy way (other than Liposuction... get that fat sucked out of you with a needle!!!)

The best way is really to give up sugary and fatty foods, drink TONS of water, and keep flexing those stomach muscles as often as you consciously can. This is the best way to do it without eating into other more important activities with gym time.

Honestly, I would try a recumbent bike. My friends and I made an exercise pact and each one of us now has a well toned, muscle-defined stomach as a result of exercise bike riding. Our legs are toned, as well. I particularly like this exercise because you can ride while reading or watching TV...
Anyway, none of us expected so much of an effect on our stomachs and only achieved it when we used the recumbent-style equipment.
I hope this is an option for you- it works so well! Take care!

the best way is to warm yourself up and then maybe do an exercise dvd or do some sit ups, about 3 sets of 10. or get some hand weights and do some gentle excercises with them. start off gently if you havent done any excercises for ages then work up.

A really good way is to suck it in and hold it for 10 seconds before relaxing. Its an exercise you can do anywhere and at any time. After a while, you find it has tightened considerably.

Sit ups are pretty good too ... and so is walking.
