When you get out of the shower/bath, dry them thouroughly. Then you can put either talcum powder on both, or normal deoderant on your feet. When you buy socks, look at the labels and try to buy socks with a high ercentage of cotton in them, 90% and up, this will stop them a bit. Take your socks off when you go to bed.
Try not to wear heavy gloves or shoes all day, and if you wear shoes made of synthetic materials (most trainers) take them off as often as possible to let your feet "breathe" lol.
If none of this helps, you can go to the chemist and buy over the counter Aluminium Chloride, which you wash your feet in every night. This is fantastic. I don't know if you can use it on your hands though, but I'm sure the pharmacist would tell you. Good luck!

Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis may sweat even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. Sweating helps the body stay cool. In most cases, it is perfectly natural. People sweat more in warm temperatures, when they exercise, or in response to situations that make them nervous, angry, embarrassed, or afraid.
Excessive sweating occurs without such triggers. Persons with hyperhidrosis appear to have overactive sweat glands. The uncontrollable sweating can lead to significant discomfort, both physical and emotional. When excessive sweating affects the hands, feet, and armpits, it is called primary or focal hyperhidrosis. In most cases, no cause can be found. It seems to run in families.
If the sweating occurs as a result of another medical condition, it is called secondary hyperhidrosis. The sweating may be all over the body or it may be in one area.

In both cases you'll find on this site some good tips to solve your problem: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org
Hope it helps.

There's no cure. Hands and feet sweat more because those two parts of the body have the highest number of sweat glands out of the entire body. Sorry.

If you suffer really badly you can have an operation where they go in under the ribs and sever the nerve that is responsible for sweating. Drastic but apparantly very effective. Talk to your doctor about other alternatives first though.
