I have a photoshoot coming up in about 10 days. I don't care if it's healthy or not, I just need to slim down a bit, and shed hopefully about 5-10 pounds. Don't leave responses about healthy lifestyles, because this is just an urgent question, I know how to take care of myself. I just need to lose some pounds before the shoot. I know wrestlers learn how to lose pounds quickly, to make weight. Anyone knowledgable in that department, or can give any tips on quick weight loss...please help!

Dangerously long sauna sessions, anything you can do to sweat, starving yourself and lots of water, if you don't drink water your body will start to horde it and you will become bloated, if you want that "shrink-wrapped" look then avoid water and eat dry oatmeal/cereal for 2-3 days before the shoot. Eating dry grains will pull the water from under your skin in order to digest the food. Wear soft comfortable shoes as you will not have any padding on the bottom of your feet since no water will be there and a good moisturizer for your skin. You will feel like death but you'll look great, if that's what your going for.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

depending on how much you need to lose
im a wrestler and one way i do is to get a trash bag and cut three holes for the arms and head , then run on a treadmill or anywhere really
its not the prettiest thing in the world but you will sweat like crazy and lose some of the weight

also stay away from fast food and soda

After reading this I want to share something because I spent many many years going from diet to diet without acheiving any real results until I discovered Pams magic plan (i found it on google). It is without a doubt the best results that I have ever achieved and it is still working to this day.

honestly, i am in the same boat as you. i would start by drinking tons of water. no carbs what so ever, bc they absorb water... and no sodium... i would drink green tea through the day (3 cups)... and i would get plenty of sleep... and stretch... umm... i do not know how much you should exercise... and actually you may wants to spread out your meals... to 6 meals a day... fistfulls amt. to speed up metabolism... but i really do not know for sure...


or you can just FAST FAST FAST FAST FAST... and drink only WATER except for two days before, no water or else you will be 7 lbs heavy bc of water weight!! ahh!!!

so maybe just fast and sleep well...

my grandfather was a body builder and he wouldnt touch salt before a tournament (makes ya bloat, which im sure you know) also he would drink a table spoon of apple cider vinegar a day and swore it took off like a pound a day (i tried it and couldnt stick with it because the vinegar made me want to vomit, but hey maybe thts how it works! lol) try going to a drugstore or health food store and getting a detox product as well. good luck!!!

The maple syrup diet but its dangerous so I wouldn't try it but Beonce lost 1 stone and a bit after just ten days.
