Of course there is the attraction factor, but in order to have a successful relationship, you must have communication, trust, enjoy being with the person, either with activities you both enjoy, or learning new things that can become activities/hobbies you enjoy.

trust look to see if they are lying, if they are then it doesn't matter if anything else is good. Also see how they treat their parents that is how they will treat you. So if they call their mom a ***** to her face and the mom acts like this is normal then leave. If they lie about anything big or small then leave.

a girl who can get down and dirty cheering for my favourite football team, then dress up and look pretty and nice, can TAKE a joke and knows all the dirty jokes, has her own life, education, her own friends and a job she loves.
that's the perfect woman for me.
Oh, and her looks come last, cuz if she has all these qualities, that's hot.
