I'm sure there's an expiration date somewhere on the bottle, but if kept refrigerated, I've never had soy sauce go bad. I've kept bottles in the fridge for YEARS.

I love soy sauce - never had it go bad, yet. I'm sure you can tell either by it's appearance or taste, whether it's gone rancid. Hope you're not drinking it straight from the bottle!

soy sauce is mainly salt. salt is a preservative. I have had a gallon jug for 4 years and it is still good.
