I am 5'6" and i weigh 150lbs trying to get in shape.

You could do sit ups,push ups, take a jump rope, also if you have a little stool go to the washroom and step up on it using the counter as a quard. I f you have kids chase them around the house.(hahaha), run up and down stairs if you have them, and dance lots.

Try running. Long slow distance runs help your endurance and burn fat like crazy (at least for me). then alternate every once in a while and do short fast runs. then after the fast ones you can try doing some push ups, situps and bicycles to help tone yourself.

Thats what our cross country team does, hope it helps!

running. lots and lots of running. or other cardio/aerobic classes if you have any you can attend.
