a bunch say muscle milk, but i heard that gave u heart problems..

before and after training you always want a fast acting protein such as whey protein concentrate or isolate.

any other time you want to use a blended protein that contains egg proteins and milk isolates. the amino acid profiles of each will complement each other while providing for a longer lasting sustained release of amino acids over a period of hours.

and Muscle Milk does not cause heart problems, it's nothing more than a blended protein with some MCT's thrown in...
