When you are pregnant the level hCG hormone rises in your body and pregnancy test detect the amount of hCG in the urine. The negative results may indicate: no pregnancy or maybe you were too hasty to use the test as it may take long time for the level of hCG to rise and show up in the urine. A blood test is much more reliable in a way as it detects the hormone level in the blood even in low amounts. But as you are 10 days late and the results are still negative the chances of you being pregnant is low. You should check with a gynecologist to understand why your menstruation period is late

While not very likely, it is possible. Pregnancy tests have a high accuracy rating (around 97%). It is even more unlikely that it was false four times with different tests. If anything, just wait a few more days and try the test again.

Pregnancy tests can be incorrect, but we do not have enough information nor enough expertise to evaluate your condition online. You need to see an OB/GYN (obstetrician/gynecologist) in person to reevaluate whether you are pregnant or have female health issues.

Sounds like you might be.
Maybe you should try the pregnancy test again?
