No you need 3 meals a day and a high protein snack mid morning, mid afternoon and before bed to help keep your blood sugar level.

Everyone is different. I tried eating small, healthy meals several times a day and didn't lose a pound. I think it was b/c I wasn't getting enough calories and fat so my body kinda panicked.
Now I eat one meal of anything (within reason) that I want and I've lost quite a bit.
For me, it's easier to eat one meal a day b/c if I eat say, a bananna for breakfast, I'm hungry again in no time. And then I snack all day. If I wait until mid-afternoon or early evening to eat a sub & low fat chips or chicken and rice or a grilled pork chop & veggies, I feel much better. If I just have to have a snack, though, I eat a cup of mandrian oranges or a breakfast bar.
Waiting until later to eat helped my stomach shrink. I can't eat half as much now as I used to.
Good luck!
Oh yeah, I do drink a ton of water.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

No, only eating once a day slows down your metabolism and your body will store the fat. Its actually better to eat four or five small meals plus exercise. You must burn more calories than you consume to lose weight.

NO!!! That is actually worse on your body. It is better to eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day with exercise.. that way your matabolism stays constant. 3 meals are even fine, as long as you are eating the right foods in the right portions. Good Luck!!!

stick to 3 sq. food,, it is going to set a development on your physique to stick via. you're metabolism would be everywhere in any different case,, it is going to easily confuse your physique, and you wont lose plenty weight. i'm surely on a weight loss application now, interior the previous i used to easily have a chocolate bar in alternative of a meal, etc.. and that i lost quite of weight yet positioned it back on while ever i binge snacked. Your physique gets extra ungry in case you have small food, which will make you crave extra. on the 2d i'm eating 3 sq. food an afternoon, and that i'm dropping weight extremely properly..merely decrease out the Junk nutrients, and go away fatty snacks till at last early on interior the day, so which you cvan burn off the enery throughout the day, or go away fatty ingredients to the weekend on a 'cope with' day ,, properly that's what i do and it specific works lol! stable success in dropping weight xxx Love Lucyy

It is best to eat many small, carefully chose meals to keep from getting hungry or running low on fuel. Exercise raises the fires of the metabolism, having enough new intake helps burn fat without the body becoming too acidic.

NO!!!! When you don't eat frequently enough, your body goes into starvation mode and stores all the energy (food) you take in as fat. The way to lose weight is to exercise (more important than anything else) and eat frequently and in a healthy way.
