I guess it's good for staying less drunk and being more calm.
But you probably have somewhat of an addiction also.

Its sure not good for your liver. Prolonged "binge" drinking (having 5 or more in one sitting) can cause cirrosis, which is a hardening of the liver. This "hard" tissue turns to scar tissue, and causes permanent damage. I have a very high tolerance too, but I try to keep an eye on how much I have at one time.

No. You have no idea if y our metabolism will change or not. So getting into the idea that you've a high tolerance will come back to bite you one day.

high tolerance is a sign of alcoholism. the more you drink the longer it takes to get drunk. you are in big trouble if you dont admit you have a problem and get some help

Alcohol tolearnce is foremost determined by genetics. I have a low tolerance, which I prefer simply because it's cheaper for me to get a buzz :)

2 alcoholic drinks per day is healthy for a man. Anything over that really isn't healthy.
