anyone with a crime that was not disclosed that would require a waiver to enter will be discharged immediately.
However, if you want to process for the RA, they will waive some felonies. Nondisclosure wil result in some bad news when the Army runs an ETNAC within ten days of you going active duty.

My understanding is the military has accepted some convicted felons into the services. I believe most are guilty of victimless crimes. Your best bet is to be upfront and honest about it. You don't need to be looking over your shoulder for the rest of your life.
Approach the branch of service of your choice and see what there attitude is regarding your past. The worse thing they can say is no, but at least you will know what your options are in the future.

Go to Battalion legal aid and get this straightened out. You cannot even attempt to file paperwork where you do not disclose the felony or you have committed another felony. I wish you the best of luck and as you have already served on this active tour, you may just get accepted. But if you try to do it any other way - off to Leavenworth you will go.

A felony will probably result in your being discharged. SOP is to given an immediate OTH (Other Than Honorable) discharge to anybody convicted of a felony.

Ask for a military investigation! They will want an explanation? If you did not do the crime, why do the time?Consult military lawyer. You are Uncle Sam's boy now

Sorry you lied in the first place. I don't know how you got in with being a felon. Someone messed up.

I am afraid that is next to impossible, without an official pardon of some sort.
