If it is just a few pieces, use a covered teflon skillet and the stove top. Turn the heat on low, put in the pizza, put on the lid, and it will heat slowly, crisping the crust and heating the toppings. If the crust is getting crisp and your toppings are still cold, turn down the heat. Best to leave pizza directly from the refrig on the counter for a bit, it will heat faster and work better. Otherwise, if you have a whole pizza, use a pizza crisper pan or just put it on the oven shelf directly, and heat it up. About 350 degrees. Did you ever ask them for a half baked pizza? That way you can come home and cook it the way you want.

You don't have to use an overn. YOu can reheat pizza on the top of the stove in a frying pan coated with a little olive oil using low heat. It makes the pizza crispy again without drying it out.

375 is what I always use to reheat pizza in my toaster oven. But yeah pretty much till it's hot all the way through. It shouldn't take long.

since this is for reheating, I really dont see any specific limits. Everywhere between 200-350 F and 10-20 min would be fine. Just to reheat.

The best way is 475 to 500 degrees just until the cheese melts again. This keeps the crust right without the soggies. Should be under 10 minutes.

both will do the trick, it really doesn't matter. If you put it in the toaster oven, you'll have to watch it really closely because it will burn the top of the pizza if you don't.

Just put it in and heat it up, it's not rocket science. Unless you're 12, than I'm sorry, just pick a temp around 350 and heat until it is hot.
