Anyone know where to find the forms (FREE please) to fill out to indicate what you would want to happen to your body (ie creamated, buried, organ donation, etc) when you die or who is to be in charge of making those type of decisions? Also, I don't have much at all, but I'd like to decide who gets what (my car, money, collectibles etc) Do you HAVE to go through a lawyer or can you just fill out a standard form and get it notarized??

how about a piece of paper with your will on it? its free, simple, and fun in the afterlife to see how your relatives react to your decisions.
