Here's a free program that can read (open) Adobe PSD files, without having any Adobe product installed, then you can save it to JPG, or many other available formats, through the "Save as" menu.

Hello RRRRRRRRR R,

If you have a Macintosh, you should be able to view Photoshop PSD files in the Mac OS X's built-in Preview program. From there you can easily convert it to what ever graphics format that you want.

If you have an ancient Mac OS, you can download Graphics Converter from anywhere. This program can convert most any graphic format that is out there. If you have a Windows PC, I'm sorry that I can't help you, but perhaps you can do a search on versiontracker

Best of luck to you.

Use Adobe Photoshop or search for a converter online.

i do no longer think of there's a "cellular format" to be honest with you. JPEG, GIF, and PNG are recognizable by skill of all instruments... use the "keep for internet & instruments..." function... no longer "keep as" as you do not have as lots administration over the settings that way, nor do you get a preview of ways it is going to look with out actual having to keep it to ensure. From the keep for internet communique choose a format (jpg, gif, or png) from the drop down. i desire to advise switching to the 4-up view and comparing 3 diverse codecs and settings against the unique till you detect the single that has the suited high quality on the smallest record length.

Save it as a JPG file from Photoshop. If you don't have photoshop, you're screwed unless you want to illegally download it.
